Polywatch provides read-only portfolio tracking for Polymarket International. It does not facilitate trading, custody of funds, or financial advice. Polywatch does not support Polymarket US. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations regarding prediction market participation.

2. Subscription Terms

Polywatch Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. You may cancel at any time via your Apple ID subscription settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Data Usage

Polywatch reads publicly available blockchain and API data using the wallet addresses you provide. No private keys, credentials, or personally identifiable information are collected or transmitted to our servers.

4. Disclaimers

• Polywatch is not affiliated with Polymarket Inc.
• Polywatch supports Polymarket International only. Polymarket US is not supported.
• Polywatch does not provide financial advice. Data is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of accuracy or timeliness.
• Prediction markets carry risk. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Polywatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
