How do I add my wallet address?

Open Polywatch → tap "Add Wallet" → paste your Polymarket wallet address. You can find your wallet address in the Polymarket app or website under your account/deposit settings. Polywatch supports multiple wallets — add as many as you need.

How do I add widgets to my Home Screen?

Long-press on your iPhone Home Screen → tap the "+" button in the top-left corner → search for "Polywatch" → choose your preferred widget size (Small, Medium, or Large) → tap "Add Widget". You can then long-press and drag the widget to reposition it.

How do I set up the Apple Watch app?

After installing Polywatch on your iPhone, the Apple Watch app will automatically appear on your watch. Open the Watch app on your iPhone to manage complications. You can add Polywatch complications to your watch face by editing the face and selecting Polywatch from the complication picker.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your Polywatch Pro subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Polywatch, then choose "Cancel Subscription". Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

My widget isn't updating. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Open the Polywatch app and pull to refresh. 2) Remove and re-add the widget. 3) Check that Background App Refresh is enabled for Polywatch in Settings → General → Background App Refresh. 4) Restart your iPhone. If the issue persists, contact us at support@rgbk.club.

Does Polywatch work with Polymarket US?

No. Polywatch currently supports Polymarket International only. Polymarket US is not supported at this time. A Polymarket US version is on our radar — you can join the US waitlist from the app's Settings.

How do I report a bug?

Send us an email at support@rgbk.club with a description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and screenshots if possible. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet, but it's in development. Visit our homepage and enter your email in the Android waitlist section to be notified when it launches.
